When users visit dexsport.io, use Dexsport dApps, operate platform tools, or interact with associated digital services, their Personal Data may be processed in connection with those activities. All such online environments are collectively referred to in this Privacy Notice as the “Interface”.
Dexsport determines the purposes and methods of Personal Data processing connected with the Interface. This Notice explains how Dexsport may collect, use, store, protect, disclose, transfer, and otherwise process Personal Data. Privacy-related questions or concerns may be sent to [email protected].

Age Requirement and Children’s Data

Dexsport does not intentionally provide services to children and does not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors. After reviewing and verifying the case, Dexsport will delete the relevant information where appropriate.

Personal Data processing under this Notice relates to user activity within the Dexsport Interface. Dexsport may process Personal Data where this is necessary for platform operation, maintenance, analysis, security, performance monitoring, communication, and improvement.

How Dexsport Receives Personal Data
Dexsport may collect Personal Data directly from users, automatically through the Interface, or from third-party and public sources where permitted by applicable law.
Users may submit Identity Data and Contact Data through interaction forms, including whitelist forms or other forms available through the Interface. Technical Data may be collected automatically through cookies, server logs, and similar technologies. This helps support platform operation, security, and performance management.
Dexsport may also obtain information from third parties or public sources where this is relevant to platform operation, security, analysis, fraud prevention, or optimization.
Why Personal Data Is Used
Dexsport processes Personal Data in accordance with applicable legal requirements and for platform-related purposes. Personal Data may be used to maintain Interface functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, prevent fraud, enhance security, optimize user experience, measure performance, and analyze visitor behavior.

Relevant records are retained for at least thirty days after termination of the user relationship or relevant contract.
