General Terms
Scope of These Terms
These General Terms govern the use of dexsport.io, a website-hosted user interface provided by Dexsport. In this document, dexsport.io and any related access points are collectively referred to as the “Interface”. The Interface allows users to access a community-based environment connected with Dexsport data protocols, supporting software, virtual currency interaction tools, and liquidity-related functions.
By accessing, browsing, connecting to, or otherwise using the Interface, the user enters into a binding legal agreement with Dexsport. The user also confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and all incorporated materials. If the Interface is used on behalf of a company or another legal entity, the person using it confirms that they have the authority to bind that entity.
A person who does not accept these Terms must not access or use the Interface. Use of the Interface also means acceptance of dispute resolution rules that may require binding individual arbitration and may prevent class actions or representative proceedings.
Access Requirements
The Interface may be used only by users who meet the required access conditions. The user must be at least eighteen years old, have legal capacity, and be able to enter into a binding agreement with Dexsport. Use of the Interface must also comply with applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, and restrictive measures.
The Interface is not available to individuals or entities connected with the United States, including citizens, residents, incorporated entities, or entities with a registered office or principal place of business there. Access is also prohibited for users from restricted jurisdictions, including Myanmar, Ivory Coast, Burundi, Cuba, Crimea and Sevastopol, Belarus, Antigua and Barbuda, Algeria, Bangladesh, Bolivia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Liberia, Nicaragua, North Korea, Nepal, Somalia, Morocco, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Venezuela, Zimbabwe, Ecuador, and any other jurisdiction subject to sanctions enforced by the United States, the United Kingdom, or the European Union.
Users must not use VPNs, proxies, IP masking, address-hiding tools, or similar methods to bypass geographic restrictions. Dexsport reserves the right to limit, suspend, or deny access to the Interface for any person, entity, area, or jurisdiction at any time.
Compliance Obligations
Each user is solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the Interface is lawful. Dexsport has no duty to warn users about legal liabilities, tax obligations, reporting duties, filings, registration requirements, or regulatory restrictions that may apply to them.
The Interface must not be used in any jurisdiction where such use would be unlawful or would impose registration, licensing, or other legal obligations on Dexsport that Dexsport has not accepted. Users must also confirm that any virtual currency or crypto asset used in connection with Dexsport comes from lawful sources. Dexsport may block or deny access where assets are connected with drug trade, dark web activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, theft, criminal proceeds, or other unlawful conduct.
Blockchain-Based Environment
The Interface provides access to decentralized networks, virtual currency systems, blockchain tools, and related supporting software. These technologies involve inherent risks, including cryptographic risks, network congestion, virtual currency volatility, protocol failures, smart contract vulnerabilities, transaction delays, and changes in on-chain transaction fees.
Dexsport does not control blockchain networks, virtual currency systems, public blockchain software, transaction confirmation processes, or the Protocol itself. Any on-chain interaction may occur outside Dexsport’s direct or indirect control. Dexsport cannot cancel, roll back, reverse, modify, confirm, or guarantee any blockchain interaction initiated by the user.
Information available through the Interface is provided for reference only. It does not constitute an offer, solicitation, investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other professional recommendation. Users should consult independent qualified specialists before making financial, legal, tax, technical, or other decisions connected with the Interface.
User Risk and Responsibility
By using the Interface, the user confirms that they understand the risks of blockchain-based digital assets and decentralized technologies. The user bears full responsibility for all decisions, transactions, and actions carried out through or in connection with the Interface.
Digital asset markets may fluctuate sharply because of adoption, speculation, liquidity, technology, security, regulation, and other conditions. On-chain transaction speed and transaction costs may also change unexpectedly. Dexsport assumes no liability for losses connected with these variables.
Users must independently protect their private keys, wallet credentials, passwords, devices, and virtual currency. Dexsport is not responsible for lost, stolen, mishandled, compromised, or unrecoverable private keys, passwords, wallets, devices, or assets.
Prohibited Use
Users must comply with all prohibitions set out in these Terms. The Interface must not be used for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, manipulative, or security-compromising activity.
Prohibited conduct includes breaching these Terms or applicable law, infringing intellectual property or privacy rights, interfering with systems or networks, deploying harmful code, reverse engineering the Interface, publishing false or misleading information, spoofing, wash trading, market manipulation, fraud, or similar misconduct.
Users are also prohibited from attempting to obtain another user’s private keys or wallet credentials, laundering crypto assets, using assets derived from criminal proceeds, dark web activity, drug trade, fraud, theft, or other illegal sources, or bypassing regional restrictions through VPNs, proxies, IP masking, or similar tools. Dexsport may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, applicable law, or platform security requirements.
Interface Rights and User Submissions
Dexsport owns or controls intellectual property rights related to the Interface and its content, including software, text, designs, images, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, patents, and other protected materials. This does not apply to elements that form part of open-source protocol software. Accessing or using the Interface does not grant the user ownership or proprietary rights in such materials.
Without express authorization from Dexsport, users may not copy, modify, adapt, license, sell, publish, distribute, or permit third parties to access or use the Interface or its content for unauthorized purposes.
Users retain ownership of information and materials they submit through the Interface. By submitting such materials, the user grants Dexsport a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, copy, distribute, publish, transmit, and process them in accordance with applicable laws. Dexsport may also use feedback, bug reports, comments, suggestions, and similar materials without compensation or confidentiality obligations.
Third-Party Resources and Privacy
The Interface may include links or references to third-party websites, materials, products, services, promotions, or other resources. Dexsport does not own or control these resources, does not endorse them, and assumes no responsibility or warranty liability for them. Users access third-party resources entirely at their own risk.
Use of the Interface also means acknowledgment of Dexsport’s Privacy Policy. Personal information may be collected, used, stored, disclosed, and otherwise processed in accordance with that Privacy Policy and applicable regulations.
No Warranties
Dexsport provides the Interface on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Dexsport disclaims all warranties of any category, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, regarding the Interface, the Protocol, any code, data, or related information.
Dexsport does not guarantee that the Interface or associated data will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, secure, uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for any particular purpose, free from defects, or free from harmful components. No statement or information published through the Interface creates any warranty. Users assume full responsibility for risks arising from use of the Interface.
Liability and Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dexsport and its related parties shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, use, private keys, virtual currency, or other intangible property.
This limitation applies to losses arising from hacking, unauthorized access, service interruptions, technical failures, errors, bugs, viruses, third-party conduct, or use of information obtained through the Interface.
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dexsport and its related parties from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from their use of the Interface, violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, or assisted use by another party.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes between the user and Dexsport related to these Terms or the Interface are private disputes between the two parties. Users may bring proceedings only in an individual capacity and may not seek class arbitration, file a class action, or pursue any representative legal proceeding.
Before starting formal proceedings, the user must send a notice to [email protected]. The notice must include the user’s name, mailing address, email address, description of the dispute, and requested action. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty days, either party may initiate arbitration where permitted under these Terms.
All claims must be filed within one year from the date the dispute arises. If this deadline is missed, the right to file the claim will be permanently barred.
Governing Law and Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Seychelles, with conflict of laws principles excluded. Any unresolved dispute related to these Terms or the Interface must be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in English in London, United Kingdom, under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.
The arbitrator may not consolidate claims from multiple parties or preside over class, representative, or multi-party proceedings. The Interface is deemed to be based in the Seychelles, and access from any other region does not establish jurisdiction outside the Seychelles.
Updates to These Terms
Dexsport reserves the right to publish updated versions of these Terms at any time. Any changes become effective when the user first accesses or uses the Interface after the updated version is published. Continued use of the Interface is deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
If the user does not agree to the revised Terms, the user’s sole remedy is to stop using the Interface. Any rights and obligations that are required to remain effective after termination of use shall remain valid.
Entire Agreement and Contact
These Terms and all incorporated supporting materials constitute the entire agreement between the user and Dexsport regarding use of the Interface. They supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings concerning the same subject matter.Questions about these Terms may be sent to the official contact email address: [email protected].
